Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your package will be given to New Zealand post within 24 hours of purchase on weekdays.
Once NZ Post has it, it usually takes 1-3 working days.
On rare exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances it may take more than 24 hours to be give to NZ Post.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of bottles you order. The more bottles you order, the lower the shipping cost per bottle.
However, the shipping cost does not change after 6 bottles.
Can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order on the New Zealand Post website by using the tracking code that we sent to your email address.
Do you ship internationally?
Contact us if this is required. We do not advertise the option due to the uncertainty in international shipping costs. Our email is support@dankimports.com
Order and Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply add all the items you want to your cart by pushing add to cart, then go to the check out and enter your details!
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you contact our emails immediately we can change, or cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped we cannot change or cancel your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of payment methods
We accept: Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Afterpay!

What will the transaction show up as on my bank statement?
The transaction name on your bank statement will be "DankImports NZ"
Unless purchased on Afterpay, this will show up as "Afterpay" or similar.
