How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your package to New Zealand Post within one business day of receiving your order.

You can expect to receive it within 1-3 working days, depending on your location.

However, please note that there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

How do I track my order?

You can track the status of your order on the New Zealand Post website by using the tracking code that we sent to your email address.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order once it's placed?

Please email us at support@dankimports.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We can only do so before your order is shipped. Once your order is on its way, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Where are you based?

We are located in Auckland, New Zealand. This is also where we post all the packages from :)

Can I order Internationally?

Yes! We do accept international orders - but we require you to contact our support email support@dankimports.com so we can arrange the international shipping with you.
